Terms of service.

1. Overview

SparksTonic is a values-based clarity and relationship alignment platform offering personal assessments, self-discovery tools, and guided growth experiences. We provide coaching-style services and personalized insights—not matchmaking guarantees or dating services.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 21 years or older to purchase or participate in any SparksTonic service.

3. Services Provided

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • 1:1 clarity sessions

  • Partner visioning and reflection

  • Guided relationship exploration programs

  • Compatibility reviews

  • Ongoing support for personal growth

We do not offer escorting, dating apps, or relationship outcome guarantees.

4. Payments

All sessions and programs must be paid in full prior to scheduling unless otherwise noted. We accept secure payments via Stripe.

4.1 Payment Conditions
Some sessions may be included within a previously purchased program or package. In these cases, no additional payment is required at the time of booking. Clients will be informed during onboarding or via email if their session is prepaid or covered by a service credit.

We reserve the right to verify client eligibility prior to confirmation.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and completing any pre-session materials. Missed sessions without notice may result in forfeited fees.

6. Confidentiality

SparksTonic maintains a high level of confidentiality in client relationships. We do not share personal information without consent unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and assessments are proprietary to SparksTonic Arc and may not be duplicated, distributed, or shared without written permission.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline service to individuals who do not align with our values or abuse our platform.

SparksTonic refund policy.

1. General Policy

Due to the personalized and time-based nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed sessions or programs once delivery has begun.

2. Rescheduling

We understand life happens. Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

3. Exceptions & Credits

We may offer credit toward a future service in the following cases:

  • Technical issues or illness with documented proof

  • If a program includes multiple sessions (e.g., 5+ Date Journey) and is cut short or ends early, unused session credits may be applied toward other SparksTonic services like Match Reviews, up to a certain amount. Refer to contract for details.

All exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3.1 Prepaid Sessions & Credits
If a session (such as a Match Compatibility Review or Partner session) was included in a bundle or purchased through an internal offer, it may be booked without additional payment. In these cases, standard rescheduling and no-show policies still apply.

If a client ends a multi-session program early (such as the 5+ Date Journey), unused sessions may be applied as credits toward other Sparkstonic services of equal or lesser value. Credits do not expire but are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve concerns with our team first may result in a permanent ban from SparksTonic services.
